FULL-TIME Veterinary Client Service Representative to join the team at Hixson Pet Wellness Center. We are a growing locally owned and managed niche practice with an emphasis on FEAR FREE scheduling and handling.
Less stress for the pet and less stress for the owner leads to less stress for our team. We focus on medicine and do not offer boarding or grooming.
We do have a Fear Free Certified trainer / behaviorist under contract for puppy training and working with cooperative care training for fearful patients.
A successful team member communicates cheerfully, clearly, and professionally both in person and on the phone, texting etiquette a plus.
We are open 9-6 M - F and 9-2 on Saturday. Shifts start at 8 : 30 am to prepare for the day. Although we try to leave on time, occasionally we must stay to help close down after 6 pm depending on the schedule and individual cases.
Alternate weekend availability a must. Desire to learn and improve skills encouraged at all levels and in all positions.
