We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Non-Emergent Transport Vehicle Drivers/Transporters. Our drivers are responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of patients to medical appointments, dialysis treatments, and other healthcare-related destinations. This role is pivotal in ensuring that patients receive the care they need by providing timely, non-emergency transportation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients to and from medical facilities and their residences in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist patients with mobility, including lifting and helping them in and out of the vehicle, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
• Maintain communication with the dispatch team and healthcare facilities to manage schedules and accommodate patient needs.
• Complete detailed trip reports for each transport, documenting times, mileage, and any incidents or concerns.
• Conduct pre and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the transport vehicle is in good working condition and report any maintenance issues.
• Adhere to all traffic and company regulations and guidelines to ensure the safety of patients and the public.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as required by patient needs.
• Physical ability to lift and assist patients as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and team members.
• Previous experience in healthcare transportation or a similar role is preferred but not required.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• NET Driver/Transport: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Senoia, GA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
