Technical Trainer – Immediate Hiring Opportunity

$75-90K /year

Are you a skilled communicator with expertise in industrial injection molding equipment? We’re seeking a subject matter expert to train our valued customers. Join us and make an impact!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct 4-day training courses at customer locations
• Travel approximately 30 weeks per year
• Represent our company by resolving issues on-site, coordinating with Service Managers, Area Managers, the Call Center, Parts Distribution, and customers
• Collaborate with engineering to stay updated on new developments
• Maintain training lab equipment
• Become proficient in teaching all company training courses
• Develop new training materials

Qualifications:

• Electrical and/or mechanical machine maintenance experience 
• Expertise with the injection molding process
• Spanish language proficiency
• Experience on the manufacturing floor of 3 years OR Military training in a technical field

Not Required But Our Ideal Candidate Would Have:

• Associate’s Degree in a Technical field or Military Experience
• Maintenance lead experience
