Hours Per Week: 40; Mon – Fri, 8:30am- 5:00pm
Summary:
- The Implementation Specialist is a part of the New Account Setup team supporting setup of Commercial banking products
- This is a position with an emphasis on high quality output in a fast-paced high-volume environment reviewing documentation and completing customer setups
- Support efforts in streamlining operations and improve customer service
- Support process improvement activity and a culture of continuous improvement
- Exhibits strong customer service attitudes and values
- Identify and escalate risks and issues where appropriate
- Complies with processes as documented
- Aids direct colleagues and various business partners as needed
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers
- Identifies opportunities that add value to the business objectives and enhance the customer experience
- Supports an environment of cooperation and change
- Operates effectively as an Individual Contributor and works well in a team environment.
- Review documentation and requests for accuracy and Index accordingly
- Self-manage workload while maintaining a wholistic understanding of work volume
- Complete requests within established SLA's
- Communicate clearly and effectively to Implementation manager for any returned requests
- Support efforts to streamline operations and improve customer service
- Strong Excel experience
- Stronf Indexing experience
- Ability to work under pressure with efficiency and accuracy
- Proficient in data entry
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Strong knowledge and work experience with Microsoft applications such MS Office, Excel and Word.
