Years of Experience needed: 5 years of enterprise experience (2nd level support), focus on customer service
Level of Education:H.S Diploma
Systems/Software proficiencies: MS Intune, Ticketing Systems, MS Office Suite
Certifications/Licenses: n/a
Top Must have Skills:Experience with Remote software tools, Lifecycle management
