- Specifically, the focus is on customer names and Tax ID numbers (TINs).
- Accuracy is crucial as this indexed information becomes the system of record.
- The workload is high, and attention to detail is essential.
- The role is part of a pilot program aimed at shortening overall cycle time.
- Responsibilities:
- Indexing involves handling 25-30 documents or requests daily.
- The process may flow into the following day.
- Each indexing activity takes 10-15 minutes.
- Skills and Training:
- Attention to detail, banking experience, good verbal skills, and partnership abilities are key.
- Training includes procedures and shadowing an experienced colleague for 3-4 days.
- Cash management is not a significant factor.
- Top resume skills: service (internal team interaction), reliability, Excel proficiency, and attention to detail.
- Duration and Schedule: Expected to last 6 months as part of the pilot program.
- Workdays are 5 days a week in East Providence, from 8:30 am to 5 pm.
- Training will be onsite initially, with potential for hybrid work later.
- Interviews and Review: Interviews will be 30-minute Teams sessions.
- PTO scheduled for next week, with a review planned for July.
- The Implementation Specialist is a part of the New Account Setup team supporting setup of Commercial banking products.
- This is a position with an emphasis on high quality output in a fast-paced high-volume environment reviewing documentation and completing customer setups.
- Support efforts in streamlining operations and improve customer service.
- Support process improvement activity and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Exhibits strong customer service attitudes and values.
- Identify and escalate risks and issues where appropriate.
- Complies with processes as documented.
- Aids direct colleagues and various business partners as needed.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers.
- Identifies opportunities that add value to the business objectives and enhance the customer experience.
- Supports an environment of cooperation and change.
- Operates effectively as an Individual Contributor and works well in a team environment.
- Review documentation and requests for accuracy
- Self-manage workload while maintaining a wholistic understanding of work volume
- Complete requests within established SLA’s
- Communicate clearly and effectively to Implementation manager for any returned requests
- Support efforts to streamline operations and improve customer service
- Ability to plan and prioritize workload to meet critical SLAs
- Ability to work under pressure with efficiency and accuracy
- Proficient in data entry
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Strong knowledge and work experience with Microsoft applications such MS Office, Excel and Word.
- Experience with cash management products
