Provides administrative support to business operations by performing processing tasks such as mailroom sorting and machine operation, high and low-speed mail opening and scanning, exception processing and similar activities.

Will perform one or more of the following duties :

• Receives, sorts, scans, and distributes incoming mail and materials.
• Operate mail sorting, mail opening and mail capture equipment.
• Processing payments, payment capture, reject handling
• Standing, Walking, and Lifting up to 10 lbs.
• Operate 10 key adding machine.
• Complete accuracy and compliance testing as needed.
• Performs clerical task functions as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
