Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Process payments, and schedule appointments
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is required
- Knowledge or experience in the veterinary industry is required
- Experience handling dogs, cats or working in animal care is advantageous
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures is desirable
- Understanding of aseptic techniques is an asset
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, and Avimark
- Ability to work well in a team environment
