Description

At this time, we are seeking a CSR with a flexible schedule.

Arnold Veterinary Hospital is a small-animal practice running three exam rooms, a full day of surgery, and a large animal hospital all at the same time. We are an education-focused team that wants employees to feel they are contributing the the greater mission of caring for the animals and people in our community. Our Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact, the gate keepers of the clinic. They are vitally important to how the day flows and making sure animals and owners in need are helped. We value and support our phone specialists and recognize hard work, a positive attitude, and the willingness and ability to learn.

We do require working knowledge of office equipment including computers, multi-line phones, printers, fax machines, copiers, and payment machines. Former experience in customer service and secretarial work preferred, work in a veterinary office a must. 

Front desk: Receptionists here are responsible for greeting clients coming in for appointments, checking them in and out, answering phones, scheduling appointments, filling prescriptions, and updating records.

If you are confident interacting with people face-to-face and on the phone, you are eager to learn, and you want to enjoy coming to work, throw your hat in the ring. We are a fun, supportive team from the top down and you will get back what you put in at this office.
