Data Center Critical Facilities MEP Asset Lifecycle Principal Job Summary The Critical Facilities MEP Asset Lifecyle Principal reviews data center facilities equipment operation, service history and physical condition, makes recommendations on maintenance practice and performs project development for asset end of life refurbishment / replacement. This position will be based out of Miami but will also have responsibility for our Atlanta data centers, as well as provide support to WA DC and New York data centers.
Responsibilities
Physically walk the data centers
Review facility equipment operation, analyze system performance, and recommend changes to maintenance or operation to extend useful life of equipment
Compile asset end of life forecasts, review / prioritizes and develops projects for asset refurbishment / replacement / retrofit
Coordinates asset life cycle forecasting with energy efficiency team for alignment to 5 year plan efficiency targets
Uses evaluation, judgment, and interpretation to select right course of action
Collaborates across multi-functional and cross geographical teams
