The Engineering, Science and Analysis (ESA) Strategic Capabilities Unit comprises the technical talent and organizational leadership that enables the successful delivery of high-impact discriminating technologies for our customers' missions. What You'll Do:

• Provide management support and reporting of assigned tasking along with task completion.
• Conduct periodic reviews and audits and report on findings to relevant stakeholders for resolution while ensuring compliance to process and procedures.
• Serve as a resource on projects requiring advanced knowledge and application of project management principles.
• May support proposal efforts which could include reviewing contract requirements for applicability to assigned team while ensuring adequate resources are available.
• May be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing configuration management and data management control solutions.
• May manage engineering and program data across tool platforms, assuring that data generated internally and by suppliers is managed in accordance with contractual format and schedule requirements.
• May provide tracking of data deliverables and provide delivery forecasts."
• Develop, facilitate, and provide training to employees, including management and new employees on best practices for assigned area. Identify if there are opportunities for improving our training program based upon feedback from employees.
• Support process improvements to ensure alignment with new technologies being implemented within Space & Mission Systems (SMS).
• Maintain an open and effective interface with employees and management.
• Ensure that all business is conducted using the highest ethical standards and in compliance with all applicable laws, statutes, and regulations as well as company policies and directives.
• Conceive and develop solutions to departmental problems through the application of professionally accepted techniques, practices, and procedures.
• Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Perform other duties as necessary.

On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site five days each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required.
Working Conditions:

• Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• BS/BA in a related field plus 8 years or more related experience.
• Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master's Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
• A current, active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
• Effective communication, facilitation, and teamwork skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and comfortable learning new databases.
• Experience utilizing databases to manage technical and engineering data.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Requirements management experience.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $115000 - $158500
