ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities:
- Perform item inventory stock control, materiel financial planning, funds control, requirements computation, allowances determination, research, and identification of supplies and equipment.
- Administer supply chain and materiel management demand processing, perform and monitor materiel requisition management (and procedural application) of manual and or automated inventory control actions.
- Compute and accumulate data for use in analysis.
- Help develop work standards and methodology; conducts inventories, and reconciles inventories within ALMSS, while ensuring timely and accurate administrative adjustment corrections of discrepancies in the accountable system of record.
- Prepare, analyze, and evaluate reports, procedures, and policy data.
- Operate supply systems and activities in order to provide the necessary equipment and supplies for Air Force operations.
- Perform supply materiel management aggregation functions, coordinate material support.
- Have knowledge of materiel management activities (supply chain network, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), work sequences, and schedules in maintenance shops or other industrial operations, and the specialized needs of the programs or operational areas supported.
- Determine, initiate, and coordinate required actions by establishing and maintaining liaison with inventory managers, contractors or vendors, and planning organizations to schedule or advise as to timing of procurement, delivery, or emergency transportation; compute requirement, determine allowance, and research and identify supplies and equipment requirements.
- Perform operations involved in storage, inspection, identification, and receipt of property; and plan and determine the distribution and positioning of supplies among major supply stations, stock points, or using activities.

- 2-6 years' experience.
- Independent logistics professional, able to analyze, synthesize, collaborate, communicate and integrate requirements without supervision.
- Specialized experience in materiel management systems, supply chain data analytics, inventory management systems, materiel requirement planning, procurement and other related supply chain activities
- Experience interfacing with ILS-S and ALMSS functions to include ordering, receiving, storage, distribution, tracking, disposition and movement of supplies, organizational account management, weapon system spares support, cataloging, computing stock levels, mobility, warranty management, financial reporting, inventory control point, supply point, contractor-provided weapon system support, aircraft, and engine maintenance, hazardous material management, communications security management, and mobile technology.
- AA Degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of AA.
- Secret Clearance and eligible to obtain Top Secret clearance if required.
- This position is located at a RAFB, Georgia.
- Domestic travel may be required for training and program coordination.
