As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating multiple engine programs at our facility and lead special projects as required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Bill of Materials (BOMs), Pick Lists, Part Shortages, Part Updates, Supplier Reworks, and Inventory Control efforts.
- Interface with Program & Pre-Production Management (PPM), Component and Systems Engineering, warehouse operations, and assembly technicians to continuously improve processes and issue resolution.
- Function as the liaison between Material Planning & Logistics (MP&L) and Assembly/Machining operations
- Support Supplier quality and payment issue resolution
- Participate in weekly Shortage Meetings to provide updates on part availability to Plant Management and assembly Teams.
- Comply with Hazmat, DOT, Safety, Housekeeping and Medical standards.
- Ability to work overtime as required, which may include Daily, Weekends, and Holidays.

- Associate degree or 5 years’ experience working in a Material, Planning, and Logistics capacity: Inventory Control, Cycle Checks, Shipping, etc.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to collaborate with a diverse team including UAW represented employees.
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Expert level knowledge of MRP systems (CMMS, PLS, GPIRS, etc.)
- Comfortable and confident working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while maintaining emotional resilience.
