Role And Position ObjectivesAs a software engineer for the High Performance Computing Group, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team developing and supporting mission applications.

What Sets You ApartExpertise in applying technology and technical skills to solve challenges in creative ways.
Experience with multi-process, multi-threaded, embedded designs interfacing to hardware devices.
Experience digging into hardware specifications and leveraging hardware interfaces in the composition of low-level software solutions.
Knowledge of general programming principles and optimization strategies, with previous experience in C/C , Python, Embedded Linux or others.
Experience with the Linux system services and configuration.
Experience with Client-server communication model, ethernet network configuration and provisioning, role-based access control, user management, containers, OpenBMC
A willing and effective collaborator, with team members, customers and general technical counterparts.
Development and testing skills in High Performance Computing applications or advanced computing / embedded systems.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Ability to obtain a Department of Defense TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
