Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is hiring for a Senior 777-9 Propulsion Service Ready Engineer to join our team in Everett, WA.
As a 777-9 Propulsion Service Ready Engineer , you will be responsible for service ready project management of 777-9 Propulsion IPT. This includes but is not limited to, integrating with the engine company, suppliers, and customers to address service readiness concerns and action items, as well as providing support for Working Together Team (WTT) Forums.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Applies established project management tools to achieve consensus on tasks, completion progress, resource requirements, constraints, and milestone status
  • Creates Gantt charts, updated with routine stakeholder/team meetings and leadership reports, reports progress during 777-9 Propulsion IPT Service Ready meetings
  • Coordinates 777-9 Propulsion IPT Service Ready action item resolution, with action items taken from Working Together Team (WTT) forums
  • Integrates across commodities within the 777-9 Propulsion IPT on assigned Service Ready related tasks
  • Works under minimal direction
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, WA.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 3 years of experience in Environment, Health and Safety (EHS)
  • 3 years of experience performing health and safety risk assessments, developing and managing safety programs, and performing audits
  • 3 years of experience collaborating across functions and organizations
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Associate Safety Professional or Certified Safety Professional certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals
Typical Education/Experience:
Mid-Level (Level 3)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master 3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.).
Senior (Level 4)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD 4 years' related work experience, Master 7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Summary pay range for Mid-Level: $95,200 - $128,800
