Job Highlights

• Provide oversight and coordination of NORAM end-user support services, with a specific focus on the delivery of NORAM service desk and field support services.
• Manage effective working relationships with other global and regional internal IT teams.
• Coordinate with third-party IT providers and ensure their effective delivery of IT services.
• Coordinate end-user relationship management with business units, service functions and company sites in North America
• Manage and coordinate incident escalation management with all necessary service delivery teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business or comparable field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience coordinating/managing the delivery of end-user IT services (service desk, field service support, incident and escalation management).
• Thorough understanding of ITIL standards/concepts.
• Must have excellent soft skills to include advanced communication skills, solution-orientation, superior problem-solving skills and strong service-oriented thinking.
• Project management knowledge and skills.
• Proven leadership skills to effectively manage the NORAM service desk team.
• International chemical manufacturing industry knowledge a plus.
• German language skills a plus.
• This is a HYBRID role with the expectation to be on-site in the Pittsburgh office at least three days per week every week.

The established starting pay range for this position is $107,000. Please note, the actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
