Behind the scenes, dedicated individuals focus on refining the experience for millions of customers across all of our brands and providing support to our field agents. Job Duties and Responsibilities
Our Training Creation team is seeking a highly motivated Instructional Designer II to support CXO training deliverables On-site at our Denver location. The team works closely with multiple business and operations stakeholders throughout project life cycles, and we're actively engaged in supporting all lines of business, including TV and Retail Wireless. Key Responsibilities:
Design online, instructor-led, and blended training materials for individual courses and comprehensive curricula; includes writing agendas, objectives, scripting, activities, and assessments
Create engaging learning activities that meet instructional objectives and support participant learning by incorporating adult learning theories and facilitating real-world practice
Develop courses using Articulate Storyline, RISE, Google Suite, Adobe InDesign, and other applications
Write and develop internal communications, like alerts, emails, and video scripts
Update existing material when needed and adapt instructional materials for various formats
Manage curricula tracks including researching training needs to establish objectives, requirements and strategies, design outlines, create communication plans, and evaluate effectiveness through Kirkpatrick's model of evaluation
Maintain existing curriculum materials by revising/editing content to ensure a quality end product

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities Skills, Experience and Requirements Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in education, instructional design, or a related field
Skills and Qualifications:
Knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to apply them in real-world training design
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Project management skills in order to facilitate a project from conception to measuring its success
Ability to work on projects independently and within a team
Ability to learn quickly, multi-task, prioritize, work under pressure, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
