In this exciting new role as a Training Specialist your initial responsibilities are: Assess technical training needs: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to identify technical training needs Develop Technical Training Program: Develop a plant technical training program, to include training materials such as: Standard Operating Procedures, Job Safety Analysis’ that align with the specific equipment operations Implement Training Program: Implement established technical training program Upon successful implementation of Technical Training program your major responsibilities are: Technical Training: Train technical staff on equipment operation, processes, safety protocols, and quality standards to ensure a competent and skilled workforce Coordinate & Sustain Technical Training: Monitors on-the-job training program to ensure new technical hires are keeping up with on-the-job training requirements. Meets with trainees and mentors to help with skill development and hands-on learning. Facilitates delivery of training by preparing and distributing training aids such as handouts and training paperwork and other related tasks Documentation and Reporting: Maintains accurate training records, oversee the digital platforms and e-learning libraries. Generate regular reports for management review Quality Assurance: Work closely with the quality control team to ensure training and documentation meet Good Manufacturing Practice (GDP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) Safety Compliance: Promote and maintain a safe working environment by adhering to company safety policies and procedures by conducting regular safety inspections and addressing any safety concerns promptly Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and efficiency improvements within the workflow, collaborating with SME to implement changes Auto req ID415466BR Minimum Education RequiredBachelors Job_CategorySupply Chain QualificationsAdditional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesExperience: Minimum of 2 years technical training, concepts, and/or Supervisory experience, preferably in a hands-on role supporting Operation Staff Technical Skills: Familiarity with production machinery and equipment, ability to perform basic maintenance tasks, and troubleshoot operations issues Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain accurate records Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work culture Computer Skills: Working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
