Benefits
Competitive salary based on your preferred scheduling features:
Guaranteed weekday and daytime schedule: $120,000-$150,000
Guaranteed consistent schedule, includes weekend /- overnight shifts: $140,000-$160,000
Variable schedule, includes weekend /- overnight shifts: $150,000-$170,000
Flexible Work Options: Choose between three or four day work week options.
Supportive Work Environment: Abide by appropriate staffing ratios, ensuring at least 2 dedicated support staff per doctor.
Mentorship for Newcomers: If you're a recent graduate or new to the field of ER, structured mentorship is available.
No Non-compete or Non-solicitation Agreements: We believe in fostering professional growth and do not impose restrictive agreements.
