• Competitive salary based on your preferred scheduling features:
• Guaranteed weekday and daytime schedule: $120,000-$150,000
• Guaranteed consistent schedule, includes weekend /- overnight shifts: $140,000-$160,000
• Variable schedule, includes weekend /- overnight shifts: $150,000-$170,000
• Flexible Work Options: Choose between three or four day work week options.
• Supportive Work Environment: Abide by appropriate staffing ratios, ensuring at least 2 dedicated support staff per doctor.
• Mentorship for Newcomers: If you're a recent graduate or new to the field of ER, structured mentorship is available.
