Key Duties:

• Lead and supervise a team of security personnel to ensure the safety and security of our clients' premises.
• Utilize advanced leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide team members towards achieving operational excellence.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address security concerns effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain strong written and verbal communication with team members, clients, and management to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.
• Apply industry expertise to implement best practices and enhance security protocols.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to uphold standards of professionalism and integrity.
• Proven experience in security supervision for a minimum of one year.
• Report all incidents, accidents, or medical emergencies.

Requirements:

• Possession of an Armed Guard Card (DPS Level III Security License) is mandatory.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage workflow effectively.
• Ability to maintain a consistent teamwork mentality and foster a positive work environment.
• Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge of collaboration tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Clean background check.
• Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the State
• Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
