Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.
- Monitor surveillance cameras(varies by site)
- Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.
- Standing for long periods of time.
Requirements:
- Valid state security license
- Level 2 training certificate
- Valid drivers license/ID
- Must be able to be fingerprinted
- Must be capable of documenting incidents.
- Must be able to operate a two-way radio
- Professional / friendly customer service skills.
- Knowledge of public safety and security protocol.
- Must have great communication and customer service skills.
