Objective: The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will support and lead studios in hitting their sales and revenue growth goals every week, month, quarter, and year. The RSM will provide hands-on expertise, guidance, and in-studio support on studio performance operations, such as staffing the studio, meeting membership and revenue goals, grassroots marketing, social media, and more.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site sales training, coaching, and support for Sales Representatives and General Managers to increase conversion rates, new membership sales, and total revenue through our sales process.
• Work directly with ownership and general managers to create monthly sales/marketing goals and strategies to help us achieve these targets.
• Work with the studio's General Managers and Sales Staff to help drive grassroots out-of-studio marketing and local business partnerships.
• Work and communicate daily with ownership, regional management, and in-studio managers regarding daily needs and performances.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Multi-unit sales experience is required, preferably in fitness sales.
• A fitness franchise experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with grassroots marketing
• Availability to travel to any or all of our studios in Losa Angeles and Orange County daily
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Comfortable presenting and working with to our ownership, general managers and our members
• Understanding of and passion for the fitness industry.
• Highly organized with an ability to hit deadlines for assigned work.
• Highly experienced with typical computer programs and platforms such as Google Work Space, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
