We are looking for an Accounting Clerk who would be responsible for supporting the Accounting Department with various functions such as A/P management, month-end close, and other administrative tasks as required by the Controller.

Essential Functions:

• Assist with the collection of support documentation for Accounts Payable, including the invoices, packing slips, and other documentation as required.
• Ensures all records are filed and stored in accordance with company and department policy and procedures.
• Assist in month-end reporting procedures as needed.
• Basic level reconciliations.
• Performs other tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Competencies:

• High degree of proficiency with data entry functions.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form.
• Proficient in 10-key by touch.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, and the ability to learn other basic computer programs.
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
