Job Description Window Department Manager
Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing a Window Installation Operation and a Department Team.
Tracking and managing critical Operational Costs
Meeting production schedules
Training and coaching direct reports
Department Team includes the following roles:
Scheduling Coordinator
Tracking jobs and ordering product
Scheduling product deliveries
Scheduling punch out and screen outs
Processing weekly payments for the install crews
Warehouse Coordinator
Prepare jobs for the installers to pick up
Prepare material for our Service Techs to pick up
Receive and review product deliveries
Organize the warehouse
Service Techs
Perform Quality Checks on installations
Perform Screen Outs and adjustments
Handle all punch out items and Warranty appointments
Installation Manager
Track and confirm daily installations
Track and resolve all installation issues
Assign installation crews
Handle all customer escalations
Track and process Change Orders and Back Charges
