The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for supporting multiple aspects of the human resources function including but not limited to training, benefits, HRIS, workers' compensation and employee relations. Organize and maintain electronic HR files and documents. Contributes to efficient daily operations and high employee and resident satisfaction. The position requires a strong focus on customer service for both internal and external clients. Additionally, the HR Assistant manages the Employee Service Recognition Program and disseminates information and creates content via the internal communication platform.

Qualified applicants are required to possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience is required. Hospitality or senior living industry is a plus.

Additional requirements include:
* Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher)
* Excellent phone skills, communication and interpersonal skills for effective relations with residents, employees, and visitors
* Ability to maintain confidentiality

* Creativity a plus for our internal communications platform, flyers, special events, etc.
