VI Resorts is hiring immediately for a Full-Time Houseperson position!

This is a full-time, year-round position that offers full medical, dental and vision, with 401K, and vacation benefits. Must have valid Driver’s License, be able to carry up to 50 lbs. (occasionally up and down stairs) and can work weekends/holidays.

Position Summary

The Resort Houseperson plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of our resort. As a Houseperson, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of our resort property. Your dedication to delivering outstanding hospitality will contribute to an unforgettable owner/guest experience that sets us apart from the rest.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Time management and organizational abilities.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the resort's operational needs.
  • Valid driver’s license.
