Position Summary:
As a key member of the Resort Operations Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of our facilities, equipment, and systems. Your primary focus will be assuring all resort and unit amenities are in working order and to provide routine preventative maintenance among other duties while maintaining high-quality resort standards.

During the course of this job, the employee will regularly engage in standing, utilizing their hands for tasks such as fingering, handling, or feeling, as well as reaching with their hands and arms. Furthermore, walking is frequently required, along with the potential need to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Occasionally, the employee will be expected to lift 10 to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Additionally, there may be instances where the employee will need to exert force to push or pull objects weighing up to 80 pounds.
