Via Satellite Inc. is looking for a bi-lingual customer service representative (Spanish) to join our Command Center team housed in our main headquarters in Front Royal, VA. Eligible for commission on top of hourly pay after training!! 5 days per week, 8am to 5pm (or 830 to 530 or 730 to 430). Must be willing to work at least one weekend day.
Our Command Center Agents are responsible for scheduling, routing, and supporting our team of installation technicians as well as updating and communicating with our customers. We are looking for a reliable, high-energy individual who excels in working in a team environment. #readytowork
Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative:
· Provide informational support to our field technicians
· Maintain daily appointment tracking and communicate reports to Management
· Communicate with customers regarding their appointment time
· Communicate with DISH agents when a field technician needs support
Skills and Abilities with Customer Service Representative:
· Self-motivated with a strong sense of time management
· Verbal and written communication skills
· Attention to detail
· Ability to adjust to changing responsibilities and priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and time-critical environment
· Ability to work independently
Qualifications for Customer Service Representative:
· Must be 18 years of age or older
· Type 45 WPM or higher
· High School Diploma and or GED
· Experience with Excel
· Bilingual abilities required.
