Must be able to fill out all required paperwork (1st pc Article, WIP, 100% Ready for ISN, and router)Ability to use calipers and other measuring tools.Ability to lift 50 lbs and sometimes perform team lifts of up to 75 pounds.Maintains confidentiality of customer information, 100% of the time.Keeps a neat and organized work station for safety and efficiency, 100% of the timeForms strong working relationships within team and treats each other with respect.Corresponds and collaborates with team membersPerforms basic troubleshooting, machine errors, spot checks of products to ensure adherence to approved quality.Maintains documentation and paperwork to include accurate counts of parts.Notifies supervisor of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions immediately.May help train new employees as required.Performs other related duties as assigned. QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.2 years of Break Press experience and/or training.Must be able to read blueprints.Must have experience with setup press brake to produce parts to print specificationsDetail oriented with an ability to solve problems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints to determine set-up and operations
