QAPI Educator- Hospice A Great Opportunity

Responsibilities may include:

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate performance improvement, regulatory compliance strategies and all quality improvement initiatives.
• Identify, plan and executive activities to promote patient safety and to ensure compliance.
• Work collaboratively with our hospice leadership to develop performance improvement plans.
• Establish quality assessment standards and identify quality issues.
• Conduct regular audits.

Requirements for this position include:

• 3-5 years of hospice experience preferably within QA.
• RN license.
• Extensive knowledge of hospice regulations including ICD10 coding and other related documentation.
• Management or supervisory experience is preferred.
