Behavior Support Team Lead

Job Summary

The Behavior Support Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of behavior support specialists in providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities. The team lead will oversee the development and implementation of behavior support plans, provide training and supervision to team members, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of behavior support specialists in providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Develop and implement behavior support plans
• Provide training and supervision to team members
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
• Collaborate with other professionals and stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for individuals receiving services
• Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to behavior support services
• Provide direct services to individuals as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavior support services
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
