Behavioral Health Development Assistant

A Great Opportunity/ Full Time

$17-18/hr

Through a wide range of innovative services referred to as ViaQuest's Circle of Care, our skilled, dedicated employees ensure that the people we serve are active participants in their own care.
ViaQuest offers quality, highly-personalized, specialized and cost-effective care, solutions and services through Hospice, Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions, Day & Employment Services, and Residential Services.
Responsibilities may include:

Assisting facilities/referral sources with administrative duties including consenting patients for services.
Presenting information about our services to families and individuals via phone.
Tracking referral data and outcomes in CRM software.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure referred clients are receiving quality services.
Track and manage customer satisfaction.
Track and manage KPIs for the Development team.
Respond to questions and inquiries from families, referral sources and community providers as appropriate.
Assist the Development team in various administrative tasks assigned by management.

Requirements for this position include:

Experience working in/with SNFs preferred.
Strong communication and a comfort level talking with patient families and referral sources.
Exceptional customer service.
Familiarity with CRM software and/or Salesforce.
Strong Microsoft skills.
Positive, go-getter attitude.
