Vibes & Verbs, a dynamic copywriting company based in Kansas City, MO, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers, providing excellent service and ensuring a positive experience with our company.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and accurate responses.
- Assist customers with questions about Vibes & Verbs’ services, pricing, and order processing.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, providing appropriate solutions and following up to ensure resolution.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
- Maintain and update customer records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide information that supports business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to improve products, services, and processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
