About this Role: You will be working together with a small group of industry veterans and thought leaders in an exciting environment and industry. We are a group of passionate individuals who have built globally recognized brands and are looking for a candidate that will be able to work seamlessly with our growing core nucleus.
This role is uniquely rewarding, always interesting and crucial to our business’s success. The candidate for this role should be a quantitative person who will oversee product development stages, analyze business operations, identify potential problems and recommend solutions. They will manage operational process implementations, maximize the value of vendor partnerships and mitigate potential third-party risks.
Reporting to the General Manager, this role will be remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Go-to-Market Product development stages (creative, production, cost analysis, sales and re-order forecast).
  • Coordinate collateral, product, and packaging dielines with Creative Agency and Supplier(s)
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Supplier to generate necessary SKU details for production, fact sheets, product photography, and sell sheets
  • Ensuring procurement policy compliance.
  • Measure vendor selection effectiveness and business ROI
  • Reduce costs, improve outcomes and identify strategic partnerships
  • Proactively conduct solution and product research
  • Oversee and report on Product Inventory Management and Forecasting
  • Ensure Procurement Lifecycle Optimization
  • Develop spend management and budget strategy
  • Build successful vendor and supplier relationships
  • Manage and report on procurement data analytics
  • Manage manufacturer inventory and production forecast
  • Manage warehouse inventory reports and Invoicing
Requirements
  • Experience with EDI, BI, Google Sheets Experience Preferred
  • Experience working with independent retailers and/or smoking, tobacco, cannabis products and large distributors is a big plus.
  • Experience working with Creative department and/or Graphic Designers preferred
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to meet and beat deadlines
  • Ability to gather, clean and interpret data
  • Aptitude for connecting with others and building relationships
  • Ability to identify, minimize and mitigate threats to the business
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and change
  • Up to 20% of travel time
