Job Title: VP, Marketing & Communications Reports to: CXO Location: Hybrid, commutable to NYC Salary range: $183K to $210K* *New hires are typically brought into the organization between the minimum to midpoint of the salary range posted depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role. Position Overview: The Vice President, Marketing & Communications serves as a key member of the senior leadership team and is responsible for leading the communications and marketing team for this fast-paced, mission-driven, non-profit agency. Reporting to the CXO & Head of Brand, he/she/they will play a key role in helping to position the Organization for continued strategic growth with consistent messaging and development strategies. The VP, Marketing and Communications is responsible for working with both internal and external stakeholders to create and implement marketing and communications activities that amplifies the organization's mission, supports fundraising and new business development, and raises awareness of our programmatic impact.
