Job FunctionReporting into the Director, Global Talent Management, the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and Inclusive Programming will be based out of Houston, TX (open to remote) and is responsible for leading the US Talent Acquisition team and collaborating with the regional VPs of Human Resources to ensure Vibrantz’s talent acquisition programs and processes meet the needs of our business and people strategies..
Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition
  • Own, develop and lead the US strategy for talent acquisition and the members of the US Talent Acquisition team. This includes leading and driving the solidification of all US recruitment processes.
  • Partner and consult with the Director of Talent Management and regional VPs of Human Resources to ensure Vibrantz’s global programs and processes meet the needs of our business and people strategy.
  • Work with the Director of Talent Management to identify and manage the key global talent acquisition metrics that will prioritize and track short—and long-term goals to ensure our talent acquisition is meeting the needs of our business and people strategy.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition programs to ensure we bring in the right talent to support the organization now and in the future. This includes overseeing programs related to internships, co-ops, early career, and rotational.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to training of the human resource business partners and hiring managers in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Program Lead.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to coordinate, plan, and support optimizing talent acquisition programs that meet our business needs.
  • Partner with members of the talent management team and HRBPs to solidify and manage the on-boarding process. This includes orientation.
  • Stay current on developments and innovations in talent acquisition in the industry sector so the organization’s programs remain relevant.
  • Leverage communication and change management best practices to implement and drive all talent acquisition processes.
Inclusive Programming
  • Partner with the CSR Council Lead and Stakeholder Impact Committee Lead to create our organization’s strategy and programs for DIB. This includes overseeing the DI&B committee and bringing to life the company’s DIB mission, vision and goals.
  • Identify, track and report on key DI&B metrics.
  • Incorporate DIB best practices into recruiting and talent identification processes.
  • Partner with the members of the Talent Management team and key stakeholders to ensure DIB is a part of our business and people strategies.
Talent Management
  • Partner with the CHRO and HR Leadership team to support special projects.
Required Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, human resources, or a related field
  • 10 years of experience in talent acquisition within a manufacturing environment
  • 5 years of leading a talent acquisition team
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting and Talent modules
  • Ability to effectively navigate within a global matrix organization and manage complexity and ambiguity
  • Demonstrated excellence in project management, communications, organizational capability and attention to detail
  • Proven capability to consult with and build effective relationships with functional, business and operations partners at all levels.
  • Experience with communications and change management planning, with a proven ability to manage and influence organizational change
  • A great team player with a great attitude, good customer service orientation, and focused on delivering outstanding results to their clients and the business, overall.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely execution of tasks.
  • Adept at learning new systems, tools, and processes and bringing new learnings to the team.
  • High positive energy and resiliency to take on continuous and complex business challenges in a fast-paced environment. Persistence in driving to solutions despite obstacles and/or competing priorities.
