job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following : The Clinical Nutrition Supervisor is a valued leader in the Food and Nutrition DepartmentLeads the clinical nutrition team in providing evidence based nutrition careResponsible for clinical nutrition team and diet office / call centerCollaborates with the medical team Leads clinical nutrition performance improvement projectsProvides nutrition education and training to healers in the department and the health systemPreceptor for Dietetic InternsSuper User for nutrition softwareREQUIREMENTSCompletion of a BS degree program approved by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics that leads to registration as a Registered Dietitian - RequiredBasic knowledge of subspecialty areas (nutrition support, diabetes, cardiology, renal, oncology, etc.

RequiredRegistration with the CDR and an Oklahoma State Dietitian license. - RequiredMust obtain a food handlers permit from the Cleveland County Health dept.
