Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and menu planning. The Sous Chef will also supervise and train kitchen staff, ensure food safety and quality standards, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
