**Warehouse Lead**

The VICI brand has a strong e-commerce presence and sells 90% of its product online, which is shipped from its corporate warehouse located in Concord, CA. VICIs brand was created based on trends the founders saw after the 2009 recession. Consumers were becoming cautious about spending, yet womens desire for affordable fashion remained. What sets VICI apart is an unwavering commitment to customer service and a zeal for social media marketing. Posting 20 new looks each day on Instagram and Facebook, women are consistently inspired to create their own personal style through looks from VICIs brand.

**Summary/Objective:** Directs and coordinates pulling, shipping, and all other warehouse operations processes according to established operating procedures by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates. **Essential Functions:** Oversee pulling, shipping, and other warehouse processes and personnel to ensure work meets quality standards and is performed according to established procedures. Provide training of current and new employees in all appropriate procedures and processes required to complete work assignments. Provide daily work assignments to staff and work with managers and assistant managers to coordinate personnel and resources as necessary to complete all work scheduled for department. Oversee the accuracy of work area and ensures order and process integrity. Oversee workflow and ensure production standards are met. Communicate any product issues as soon as possible. ******Ability to accurately work in multiple system platforms** **Competencies:** Good Math Skills Problem solving skills Attention to detail Good Communication and Organizational skills and accuracy Ability to work in fast paced environment **Work Environment:** Standing and walking for long periods of time. Using office equipment such as computer, mouse, keyboard, printer Warehouse environment with varying temperature. Occasionally lift or move up to 40 pounds **Education and Experience:** One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. **Expected Hours of Work:** Day Shift: Regular Hours are: 6:00am-2:30pm (8 hours) OT, up to hrs, is scheduled as needed and shift hours may vary between 4:00am and 3:15pm 2nd Shift: Regular Hours are: 3:00pm-11:30pm (8 hours) OT, up to hrs, is scheduled as needed and shift hours may vary between 3:00pm and 1:15am
