Qualifications The position requires the candidate to have experience working in distribution center operations and WMS concepts and common practices. Minimum of 3-5 years' experience working with Manhattan Associates,Infor, or other enterprise-level WMS. Must possess the analytical skills necessary to perform varying degrees of problem determination and resolution. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must present ideas clearly to different management levels, using PowerPoint or other visualization tools Detailed understanding of distribution center functions of receiving, fulfillment, shipping, cycle count, pick/pack, etc. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in delivering training to front-line employees. WMS Implementation experience is a big plus A process improvement or engineering background is preferred. **Responsibilities** Conducts system training and implementation support. Administers new user setups and develops ad-hoc reports utilizing SQL and other report writing tools. Analyzenew customer requirements and develop detailed specifications for program modification and development. Monitor overall health of distribution operations and WMS by reviewing open transactions, inventory discrepancies, and unresolved issues. Perform root cause analysis to determine operational deficiencies. Monitor and resolve any discrepancies between ERP/WMS to ensure accurate visibility to operating conditions. Work with corporate IT staff and vendors to represent the operations during the development, testing, and implementation of all system-related changes. Performs various performance measurements and recommends process improvements for all aspects of the distribution center. Tests new system function designs for accuracy, prepares, reviews, and executes unit test plans, reviews business logic and unit test results. Analyze and resolve data integrity issues in the WM-i/WMS systems utilizing various utilities such as SQL. Confers with various levels of D.C. personnel to resolve Distribution Center related issues and evaluates needs for future requirements and system improvements Works closely with the business and other members of IT staff to identify and implement programming changes and enhancements. Act as front-line subject matter expert to support day-to-day operations.
