**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will oversee the nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure high-quality medical services are provided. **Duties:** - Supervise and lead nursing staff in delivering exceptional patient care - Coordinate and manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers - Monitor patient progress and implement care plans - Assist in developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures - Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care - Maintain accurate medical records and documentation **Skills:** - Proficiency in medical terminology - Experience in acute care and emergency medicine settings - Knowledge of eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems - Familiarity with sonography procedures - Strong background in behavioral health and family planning services - Ability to provide health coaching to patients - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills This is an exciting opportunity for a Charge Nurse to make a difference in patients' lives while working in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
