*Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and possess a diverse skill set to support individuals in need. **Duties:** - Provide patient care and support in various settings - Manage crises and provide intervention as needed - Conduct Christian counseling sessions for individuals or groups - Utilize systems theory to understand and address social issues - Demonstrate knowledge of psychopharmacology in treatment planning - Work with individuals with developmental disabilities to enhance their quality of life - Offer specialized care for individuals experiencing PTSD - Maintain accurate medical documentation for client records - Conduct addiction counseling and support services - Engage in clinical research to enhance treatment methodologies **Skills:** - Proficiency in patient care techniques - Strong crisis management abilities - Experience in Christian counseling practices - Knowledge of social systems and their impact on individuals - Understanding of psychopharmacology principles - Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities - Specialized training in PTSD care - Proficient in medical documentation practices - Expertise in addiction counseling techniques - Experience in clinical research methodologies This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals in need.
