Part-Time Teacher Coach

Days Employed: 187

Pay Grade: Hourly

Hours: 15 hours per 5 day work week

Primary Purpose:

Work with teachers to support campus initiatives as identified by the Campus Needs Assessment and Campus Improvement Plan.

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from accredited university

Valid Texas teaching certificate

Special Knowledge/Skills:

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience related to the identified campus initiative
• General knowledge of curriculum and instructional/ behavioral strategies
• Ability to engage teachers in meaningful learning
• Ability to collaborate with teachers to develop engaging lessons and learning
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
