Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 to 12 hour shifts (no weekends, no night calls)

Reporting Relationship: Nurse Administrator

Location: On-Site at Victory Clinic office in Manhattan, KS with training in Junction City, KS

Salary: negotiable based on experience level

Initial training will be at our original Victory Clinic Junction City location.

Primary Accountability (Job Purpose):

The Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing patient care, supervising, and scheduling staff, maintaining log compliance and overall clinic administrative support. The Nurse Manager works to foster a culture that patient first focused, in a safe and effective clinic environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Focuses on improving the quality and efficiency of the level of care delivered to patients.

· Works with insurance verification including: insurance eligibility, estimating of costs of services, prior authorization, and overall follow-ups.

· Provides patient care through all of the processes, from: new patient phone intakes, consulting and assisting with providers, and patient care follow-ups.

· Supervises departmental needs, including: ordering supplies, quality improvement, setting up patient reviews, and evaluation of nursing care.

· Ensures the clinic is compliant with current laws, policies, and procedures.

· Keeps and organizes records including: REMS Certification and Audits, medication logs, enrollment forms, and treatment forms.

· Manages TMS and SPRAVATO Techs.

· Creates work schedules for nurses and staff.

· Manages scheduling of patient appointments and receives a report from the previous shift of on all patients and identifies special patient care needs. Adjusts patient assignments to meet special needs. Assists with Stabilizing Rare Adverse Reactions.

· Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· BLS required. Seizure first aid training, SPRAVATO REMS certification training, TMS system training, and EHR training will be provided.

· Registered nurse or BSN, preferred. LPN would also be considered with applicable experience.

· Three (3) years’ experience preferred, but new graduates with the right skill set would be considered. Prior supervisory experience, preferred.

· A strong background in healthcare and/or mental health required, but we would consider a new graduate.

· Additional customer service experience: such as the restaurant/service/hospitality/spa industry is preferred.

· Necessary skill set includes empathy, listening skills, curiosity, ability to learn new skills, teamwork, strong communication skills, showing up to work, organizational ability, comfort with hands on patient care, and physical fitness sufficient to operate TMS system.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Physical Demands:

· Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

· TMS system has a heavy magnet that makes a noise, so we wear earplugs, and some people may have contraindications to working with TMS, i.e., pacemakers or metal implants in the upper body.

· Ability to stand, lift, carry, push, pull, balance, stoop, reach, handle, talk, hear, see, grasp, move head and neck and movement across mid-line.

· Ability to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to ten (10) pounds.

· Finger dexterity, manual dexterity, alertness, precision, motor coordination, auditory discrimination and tactile discrimination.

Work Environment:

· Professional and deadline-oriented environment in a medical office setting. The noise level is typically moderate.

· Interaction with staff and patients.

· Travel to our other KS locations on occasion
