FedSync is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst with comprehensive hands-on experience in customer service, debt referral support, accounts receivable, financial management, and debt collection services in support of a federal/state organizations/agencies.

Additional duties:
  • Reconciling Customer Accounts.
  • Analyzing issues and resolving problems.
  • Responding to customer/debtor inquires.
  • Notify customers of delinquent accounts by mail, telephone, email, etc.
  • Negotiating repayment agreements.
  • Posting and reconciling accounting transactions.
  • Keeping records of collection and status of all customer accounts.
  • Requires attention to detail with ability to work in fast paced environment and meet highly sensitive deadlines.
  • Responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and completion of all tasks. 
  • Other duties administratively or technically required.

Requirements:

  • US Citizenship Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • 2 years' experience performing accounts receivable, financial management, and/or debt collection for federal/state organizations/agencies.
  • Experience working under pressure and with critical deadlines along with being responsible for producing quality, timely, detailed, and competent work product.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; and preparing and conducting presentations.
  • Security Clearance Requirement: Preferred, immediate completed background investigation in the last 4 Years of Moderate Level 4 or higher.
