- Record purchase orders and attach in the accounting system
- Maintain records for multiple entities
- Verify and enter expense reports
- Review vendor and service provider agreements
- Track and pay sales and use tax
- Process payments for due invoices
- Record journal entries and reconcile accounts
- Review vendor statements
- Ensure payment credits are applied correctly
- Correspond with vendors regarding billing and payments
- Analyze accounts
- Prepare reports
- Streamline the payment process
- Assist with audits
- Must have 2 years of experience and relvMant education and have intermediate excel experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Accounting Degree or certification
- Intermediate excel skills (familiar with vlookup & pivot tables)
- Strong grammar skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Knowledge of live ticket sales and/or experience working within a fast-paced industry is a plus
