Requirements

• Previous experience in project management or client success, ideally within a marketing agency setting.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of client relationship management and client satisfaction.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
• Familiarity with budgeting, media planning, and creative development.

Key Responsibilities

• Run the Flow of the Project: Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring smooth and efficient execution. Act as the driving force behind project success and timely delivery.
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Utilize established SOPs to guide project fulfillment and ensure consistency in processes. Continuously refine and improve SOPs as needed.
• Project Execution: Lead project implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are met and projects stay on track.
• Budgeting and Planning: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to build project budgets, develop media plans, and create engaging creative assets that align with client objectives.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, understanding client needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with project outcomes.
• Dynamic and Strategic Approach: Bring a strategic mindset to project management, offering creative solutions and adapting to evolving project requirements.
• Internal Sales Support: Work alongside the sales team to facilitate successful project hand-offs, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
• Email Campaigns: Manage the execution of email campaigns, overseeing content, design, deployment, and performance analysis.
• Team Management: Collaborate with various teams, including creative, media, and content, to manage project execution and ensure deliverables are met.
• Deadlines and Budgets: Drive project timelines, monitor progress, and manage budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate and address potential project challenges and roadblocks, offering innovative solutions to maintain project momentum.
