Cafe Lift, located in the Spring Arts district is now expanding to a second location in Haddonfield, NJ, set to open in Spring 2022.

Responsibilities

* Manage all day-to-day operations

* Upkeep the cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant

* Overseeing beverage program, including beverage inventory and COGS

* Scheduling of FOH employees

* Manage Payroll

* Manage Invoices

* Work with the Director of Ops, Regional Manager and Chef to manage all COGS, labor, and general expenses

* Assist Social Media Coordinator posting content and information for guests

Skills & Requirements

* A minimum of 1-2 years management experience

* Leadership & organizational management skills

* Enthusiastic in staff training and guest interaction

* General understanding in restaurant finances

* Knowledge and execution of our HR policies & procedures

* Breadcrumb/Upserve POS and Google Docs experience is a plus

* Barista experience is a plus

* Open availability
