• Train and develop ministers and communicators for the ministry.
• Oversee the tasks, development and growth of the Preschool and Elementary ministry teams
• Recruit, train, and develop Ministry Coaches (key leaders) for various roles and responsibilities.
• Communicate regularly with Ministry Coaches and Head Teachers on specific announcements, trainings etc.
• Prepare lessons and teach at services.
• Plan and prepare quarterly meetings with Coaches and Head Teachers to encourage train and im-part leadership skills necessary to help them grow.
• Build relationships and create community for the leadership team.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and lead a diverse Elementary team.
• Inform and implement policies and procedures for Elementary Ministries.
• Assist in development of communication training materials and ministry policies and procedures.
• Collaborate and coordinate creative planning with Campus CM Directors/Pastors to implement ministry themes by designing, organizing, planning with Victory Kids staff and volunteers to implement themed vignettes and family experiences.
• Collaborate with other Children’s Ministry staff and teams as needed for church-wide events.
• Manage systematic check-in in Victory’s Church Management Software.
• Responsible for all financial responsibilities/budgets/expense reports, etc. for Elementary Ministries
