Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a District Manager located in Columbus, OH. The District Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations and sales performance of multiple stores within a designated district. This includes managing store managers, coaching and developing a high-performing team, driving sales and profitability, ensuring exceptional customer service, and implementing company policies and procedures.
